Watch your Back: Week July 16 to 22
After 5 days of summer vacation, I came back feeling barely rested. Better than nothing, I guess. Thankfully, there's only a few releases in the upcoming week, so this post won't drag.

Space Alone is a 1-4 player roll 'n' write game about surviving in outer space. You will roll your dice, and then assign each result to a different action.
In each scenario, the objective will be different: exploration, repairs, or contacting a station. Besides the main goal, you will also have to make sure you don't run out of oxygen or energy, and protect yourself from radiation. It is launching on Kickstarter on July 18.
Personal opinion: Sounds good for R'n'W fans.

War of the 3 Sanchos 1065-67 is a 1-3 player wargame in which three kings fight over control of castles in Castille, Najera, and Aragon. The game is part of a small box game series by Surprised Stare Games which includes The Ming Voyages, among others.
Your goal is to win points by fortifying castles. On your turn, you play a card from your hand which gives you action points to spend. In the solo mode, the two Sanchos you didn't pick to play as will act as your AI opponents. It is launching on Gamefound on July 18.
Personal opinion: I suspect The Ming Voyages was more solo-friendly than this one but it may be my bot-o-phobia speaking.

And lastly, Quatro City has been postponed yet again for July 18 on Kickstarter.
Fwiw Space Alone is from the same designer as Island Alone
A good thing I have no money left because there is nothing interesting for me this week. But in August there are three games I want to back (Lands of the Mesozoic, Dragonbond Quest, and with less certainty Peacemakers), so I take this break with a relief.
