Call of Madness is live (Mad sacrifices)
Update: Call of Madness (previously called Cthulhu: Call of Madness) is live on Kickstarter and the campaign will run for 13 days. You may back for a copy of the game in the language of your choice (English, Polish, German, French).
The solo mode comes with 21 cards and a die but the rules haven't been revealed.
Our preview post below was published on January 8.
Cthulhu: Call of Madness is a 2-4 player card-based tower defense and take that game in which you are priests trying to summon the Great Ancient One. It will launch on Kickstarter on January 12, with a solo mode as the first stretch goal.
You'll have to sacrifice cultists and defeat investigators, but that's about all the information we've got in English right now.
Zombie dog with a chainsaw? I'm in! :^) Maybe one of the 9 accessories of this is a chainsaw.
In a world where zombie cultists are on the verge of raising Cthulu, there's only one hope... the only thing that can stop zombie cultists... You! A past it's prime zombie detective who just wants to retire and Rest In Peace. Coming soon to a Kickstarter near you.
Early backers get a limited time only zombie dog miniature with attachable chainsaw.
Hoping that 2021 means that Cthulu fatigue kicks in for designers....just like how zombie fatigue is finally peaking now.
The art on those cards looks nightmare-inducing, JW, but I like it! :^)
Madness? It must be weird at that last moment when you're hanging on to sanity by a thread, but it snaps, and you cross the threshold of grasping reality and emerge into the unknowing oblivion of madness.
I'm thinkin' by the end of the month, for me. :^) So, when my Posts get even weirder than this one, you'll know what happened.
