Atlantic Wolves is live
Atlantic Wolves is a solitaire naval warfare game set in WWII. It is live on Kickstarter, and the campaign will run for 29 days.
This is a deluxe re-implementation of an older game called Battle of the Atlantic. You are playing as Admiral Karl Dönitz, controlling a fleet of German warships against the Allies. The game comes with a paper map (mounted if a stretch goal is met), a sheet of counters, and a deck of Event Cards. It will be a folio edition, unless it funds up to the point of getting a box.
The Germans win if three conditions are met: they keep their fleet mostly intact, the British supply line is broken, and the Germans have sunk a significant amount of Allied ship tonnage. On your turn, you draw an Event card, execute its instructions for placement, and then roll a die for attacks. I am over-simplifying the rules, you can find them in full here: www.canvastemple.com/download/AW_Rulebook.pdf
