I don't know how you plan to solo it but someone said the following on BGG today (sounds like good advice):
A great, sprawling epic. It will take you an age to play it, but it’ll be time well spent. Forget having to learn specialised solo rules. Simply pick a team, jump the turn marker two steps each turn (instead of one) and ignore all cards that reference the other team (discard and draw again).
Between the Minis, Cards, and Tokens, it looks as if there may be several hundred components! Yikes!
