It's been a long 4-6 weeks here. Most of which would be long stories to tell around a campfire with a pint or glass of whiskey in hand. What I will say is, it's been a month or so of busy times BUT FINALLY feeling like we're grounded again. 😊
We moved into our new rental home (at an actually REASONABLE and REALISTIC rate), and it's incredibly convenient being close to our studio still. In addition, we've also been working to get our business back to 100% functional after a rough couple years of pandemic life. It feels REALLY GOOD! 😎
All of this busy stuff has kept my gaming minimal over the past month.
The ONLY downside to our new rental home however, is I lost my game room. 😯 THANKFULLY I do have a dedicated gaming space in the basement. Sure it's not as comfy, but it does have a bit more space (for those rare times I have someone who wants to play too), it's comfy enough, it's bright, it's private (for those deep solo sessions) and it totally works!! Since we've moved in I've gotten Scythe to the table once (duh! that's a must - although we won't talk about how that game went 🤐) and Terraforming Mars against the MarsBot (JW - I haven't forgotten 😉). I'm slowly working into a new balance and routine in my days again, which inevitably ensures something gets to the table most days of the week.
Yesterday, my latest purchases arrived (still beating out my pre-orders from a few months back 🤔)...
Woo Hoo!!! Both expansions for PARKS! Nightfall and the new Wildlife expansion. I played both yesterday and loved them so much, that this morning, before I get to more of my work and clients, I had to share my thoughts on these great expansions to an already great game!
I'll share my thoughts in two seperate posts over in the NOW PLAYING area of our Loner's Lounge. 😉

Nothing like a little whiskey to warm the insides on a cold, winter night!
Cool! Feel free to send me your reports on the PARKS expansions by email, and I'll publish them in the Table Presence section of our website.
