Scythe Legendary Box Organizer Additions

I did a thing again...

It was bound to happen.

This morning I bit the bullet and ordered the Scythe Folded Space organizers to make my Scythe setups more efficient, and keep things even more efficiently organized in my Legendary Box.

This box is definitely (in my opinion) a must have if you invest in all things Scythe as I have. That said, I think Stonemaier could have done better in regards to the organizing aspect of it.

(They can't get everything right - no blame, just an observation).

The tuck boxes inside look sharp without question. Jakub's artwork is phenomonal and to have more if it around is excellent. HOWEVER, there's no way those tuck boxes will last long. They are thin and flimsy. If you don't play the game often, I'm sure they'd be fine. Since this is one of my favourite games though, they'll be wrecked sooner than later and in which case, they won't be of much help. They also aren't ideal. While you can organize things more easily than having all the seperate boxes for expansions etc, you still have to organize things in ziploc bags and/or component containers within the tuckboxes... because they're just a box.

Stonemaier Games did a great job with the Tapestry organizer concept (I don't have it yet - but I will!... Along with ALL things Tapestry as well 😁). They partnered with Folded Space to create a custom insert for the game that goes into the base game box and can hold all expansions. Having an organizer is much more helpful for sure. That said, Scythe could NOT house all expansions in the base game box, like Tapestry. There's just too much stuff. The need for the Legendary Box was definitely there, but I feel like the organizing inside could have been better (one of the very few constructive criticisms I have of Stonemaier Games).

I was debating on the Broken Token organizer(s). However, this box is already quite heavy - like Gloomhaven heavy!! 😮 To add those organizers to it would only ADD much more weight. I experienced this with my Game of Thrones game and the Broken Token organizer (thankfully that box is much smaller). Folded Space organizers are cheaper and lighter and I am definitely a fan of them, as I love my Folded Space organizer for Brass Birmingham.

The idea of making Scythe that much quicker to take out of this big box and get playing is EXCITING!!! Can't wait for them to arrive!
