Imperium Classics

This just arrived yesterday.

The box is bigger than I thought it would be, but everything inside is neatly categorized.

I managed to set the game up last night, but by the time I began playing it I was bombarded by my family 😉😂😀 who would rather I play games with them! We ended up playing Santorini which is not so far off when it comes to the theme (of ancient civilizations).

@JW There is a really good Overview/Review by Mike DiLisio. https://youtu.be/cEraX8OGvgY He sums up some good points. Some of those I made earlier. He also mentioned there is a huge barrier to entry, whereas most people (myself included) saw this as a typical deck-builder with historical flavor, the reality is that it will take some time and dedication to get the ball rolling. You may need to reference BGG forums for rules clarifications as well as watch some how-to videos, unfortunately. So, that said, I am sure I will still be interested when I have time, and I will certainly let you know.
