I have a fairly relaxing day today, which is nice from time to time;
-Hockey this morning with my pickup group
-A couple client sessions
-Study time in my latest certification course
-Squire for Hire: Mystic Runes to relax the mind a bit
-ST post to share my adventures
-Get organized for a couple more client sessions to end my day
That's something I love about the Squire for Hire games; they're quick in setup and play, and don't take up (too much) space. You can easily play 2-3 games in a very short amount of time, yet it's still satisfying enough to relax you and give you some fun. 😊
I decided to just play two games today, to use the other 2/4 Squires in the Mystic Runes pack, before diving into Squire Pack 1 and trying them all out soon.
Game 1 was great! "Snowpaw" was my Squire AND he got hired!!! Woo!!! 28pts in the end. 😎 Well done my furry friend.
Game 2 was a different story. "Gruffle" let me down a bit. But in his defense, he wasn't getting much to work with today. Below is an idea of what he was up against at times during his adventures as well. Geeze! 😲 Spirits plaguing Halfwind!?!?! Like come on!!! 🤣
"Gruffle" only was able to snag 18pts in the end.
No 'squiring' for that guy unfortunately. 🙄
Hockey's relaxing? 🤣
