I didn't back this on KS, but I've been following it. 1-4 Players (1-6 w/Expansion). In Seize the Bean, players compete to be the best new café in Berlin, Germany. That what's actually attracted me to it initially, 'cause my older daughter was born in Berlin. Sadly, this game was funded on KS on 15 Feb 18, and they don't even have a mass-production copy, yet. In 2 days it'll be three years since funding, and they're still months away from delivering any product. The Backers must be pissed. I would be. I realize shit happens, but I have to think poor project management played a part in delay after delay. But, I'm still gonna give it a look when it's released (late Q2 if they're lucky).
I didn't back it because I wasn't sure about the solo mode. I'm glad I skipped it, it really is enraging to have to wait for so long.
I was one of those backers. I gave up when they were about a year behind schedule and got my money back. It could still be a fun game when it gets released but I would have lost my appetite to play. 😕
