@Gloomknight For me it was the original Warcraft on DOS. I still have it too. Classic game. I often play with the headset on though so my wife doesn't have to keep hearing; "My lord...", "My liege...", "Yes my lord..." whenever I select a character on the map. 🤣
@Derek I actually went into the Computer Gaming store many moons ago specifically to pick up Warcraft 1, and was surprised to find the sequel instead. Let’s just say it blew my teenage mind. It was so cool controlling all those little units and sending them to battle. Or Building towns and “defending“ those poor innocent peasants (Yesh Mi’lord). I liked how the story backdrop was good vs evil, yet when I flipped sides and played as the Horde I found myself sympathizing with their cause as well.
It's fun to see that WoW now gets adapted to existing game systems (first Small World of Warcraft, now this) rather than offering new board game titles as it used to do. What's next now? A Mage Knight WOW? We already got a Star Trek one, after all.
OK... With 77% of my collection unplayed, a tons of games to pack, and a hole in my bank account, I really shouldn't have, but I just got it.
I've never played Pandemic. I've never played World of Warcraft. So I guess I'm the intended audience.
(Seriously, I read the rules and was immediately appealed.)

Ok, that's way to teasing of a teaser
For the Alliance!
