Wow, I woulda been bull-shit, too! Awesome GIF for your plight, BTW. 🙂 But then, to add insult to injury (as is sometimes said here in the U.S.), they ignore your requests for resolution of the issue. That's the part that makes me way more angry then the wrong cards - the laziness and/or incompetence and/or etc. of the Customer Service department. Then there's the serious quality control issues of the Publisher. MoS, if you had the means, would you fly somewhere in your private jet to confront the bums in person, or would you send henchmen? I'd go myself, but I'd bring the aforementioned thugs. 😄
