I contacted Garphill Games yesterday about the game and Shem replied within a couple hours. Here's what he said:
"Hi Mike,
The only public information so far is over on Board Game Geek. If you want to know more, feel free to join our Discord server. The link is on our website. There you are able to test it on TTS.

Yeah, this game was supposed to be featured in the next "Freshly added post", but it is yet to be published...
To be Kickstarted "in the middle of 2022". So I guess in Summer!
