Some time ago I stopped writing weekly overviews of crowdfunding campaigns as I'd rather spend my energy on posting stuff I enjoy writing. I can do one game at a time, not ten 🙂
It worked for me, I could post almost daily. But I got sent comments, about how much people missed them and how the overviews were the backbone of our website.
So I tried to do them again. And got fed up with them all over again. And it keeps me from posting other stuff. So, I'm back at square one.
We'll see what the future brings for Solitaire Times. Enjoy your plays!
I, for one, will be happy with however you roll it out (weak pun referencing dice, obviously), JW. One main reason is because I don't have to do it. 😄 I'd often think while reading one of your (or Z's) longer ones, "Damn, this musta taken a while to compose and post. Plus, you take the time to insert nice photos in addition to samples of your razor-sharp wit. 🙂 Besides, since you're the one steppin' up to do it, it seems fair that you elect how to present it. You've always been open to suggestions, but in the end, you're the one rubber-stampin' it. I think I can speak for everyone in saying we want you to enjoy it and not have any level of dread or "this sucks" type of a vibe. I'd be bummed-out if you said one day, "I'm tired of doin' this. Someone else can do it." It would truly be a day of mourning for me. So, I say, "Hip, Hip, Hooray" to you, JW. What's the Dutch equivalent for that? Oh, and despite the suck-up soundyness of my Comment, I'm no suck-up. Except to maybe some female beauty - and you ain't that! 😄
P.S. Derek too, contributes some of the most bad-ass gameplay narrations (also with great "action shots"). I'd love to see a 2-3 minute time-lapse Video of him playin' a full game of Scythe.
