I know these games by Joe Klipfel, and I backed (then asked for a refund) Buttons & Bugs, the "commercial" version of Gloomholdin', when they revealed (well after the campaign) that it shared 90% of the rules with Gloomhaven... Then I ask myself: what's the point of playing such a beast rules-wise on a train tray? It feels more gimmicky than worthwhile to me.
