On the Kolossal Games Website, it states it's a 2-Player game, but in the Rulebook, there are rules for a Solo Mode, so I'm gonna say it's a 1-2 Player game.
I sent an enquiry (well, I actually had to log a Ticket) to Kolossal Games asking about it. As "Moe" ('Master of Enquiries', and not to be confused with Curly), I have a reputation to live up to. 🙂
