Hi. As some of you will know, I'm recovering (well, that's the idea) from depression. Then the lockdown hit me hard, as the little social interactions I had, all disappeared. But lately I found that playing board games online can actually be very nice. Especially the asynchronous games, where you don't have to be online at the same time.
And the AI player won't play with me anymore. 😢
So. If any of you would like to play a game, just drop me a note. I can play games that have an app-version (Twilight Struggle, Race for the Galaxy, ...) or that are on a website like Yucata (Underwater Cities, ...). There must be other website and options. So suggestions would be nice as well.
We can also have games of Smallworld (the digital edition from Steam is decent), and one of these days I'd like to try the Yellow & Yangtze app.
I'm also an occasional user of Yucata. I discovered Dragonheart there, which I love! (I bought the OOP physical version at a "decent" price, and it remains in the accessible part of my collection.)
Incidentally, it was interesting you mentioned your bout with depression (you seem fine to me 🙂), as I came across this Video just 2 days ago (by accident).
Yeah, same for me, I would have gladly offered Root but this will be lame very fast for you as I can't offer much of a challenge!
I considered it, but it would be like Gumby vs the Hulk, so I ruled it out. 😄
