Early this morning (~1:30am) I put out a couple of mousetraps, as I saw a mouse in the garage and another in the basement (my Manfloor!). I baited 'em with peanut butter - they like peanut butter. This mornin' when I got up, a mouse in each one. Only one was dead, though. The live one was kickin' like mad as it sensed my approach. Putain, I hate it when they're not dead. 🙁
Okay, "So, what are my options?", I think to myself. Well, there's always the Garbage Disposal or your basic "send 'em to the Water Treatment Plant via the Sewage System". But, that's irresponsible from a "clean drinking water" standpoint, so I rule those 2 options out. Plus, drowning is too slow.
Hmmm... I have this electric bug-swatter (shaped like a miniature tennis racket) - maybe I could electrocute 'em. Ah, probably not enough juice to kill 'em. It'd probably just be as if I was Tazin' the crap out of 'em.
Well, there's always the Willie Coyote vs Road Runner "drop a big rock on 'em" method. Too gross and messy, though.
I could take 'em down the street a ways and toss 'em into someone else’s yard, but that's lame.
I think I might send 'em to the Landfill. If he can survive the Garbage Truck compacting, he'll live the life of a king at the Landfill. Unlimited food supply. Probably lots of other mice to have sex with. It could be great.
If anyone would care to give me a better idea (which will probably be easy), I'm open to suggestions.
P.S. There are armies of people I'd like to dispose of (or at least Taze the Hell out of for months at a time), but I don't wanna be mean to a hapless critter. They're just tryin' to survive - without malice!
My worst nightmare is cockroaches. They both disgust and terrify me, I shudder even at the thought. *shakes shoulders*
